Elite Chicas Cleaning
What a maintenance visit includes
The question is not whether a crew “cleans well.” The question is what is on the day and what is added. If the list is not written down, the visit gets argued at the door, when there is no time left to add half an hour.
An Elite Chicas Cleaning maintenance visit is the repeating one: floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dust you can reach, and bins. The oven, the fridge, bay glass, folding laundry, and changing linen are separate.
The list that is included
Tile or another hard floor is swept and mopped. In the kitchen we do the counters, the sink, and the outside of the appliances. In the bathroom, the toilet, the sink, the shower or tub, and spots on the mirror. Dust comes off what can be reached without a ladder. If the street bin is on the property, the indoor bin is emptied. Beds are made with the linen that is already on them and staying.
That is a lived-in house, not an empty move-out and not a window wall facing the bay. The house band (S, M, or L) changes the minutes on the calendar, not the list. A one-bedroom starts at 120 minutes. Two bedrooms, 180. Three, 240. Those numbers are how we hold the day. They are not a price study of La Paz and they are not a published rate.
What sounds included and is not
The inside of the oven sounds like “kitchen.” It is not. It is 30 minutes, code oven. The inside of the fridge is 20, code fridge. Glass toward the bay is 30, code glass, because salt does not come off with the same cloth as the dust. Folding laundry is 30. Changing sheets is 20, and the clean sheets have to already be in the house. We do not wash the clothes. We do not bring a closet of linen.
This page exists to retire the phrase “a full clean.” Full means nothing on a calendar. It means this list, plus the add-ons you marked before confirmation.
How it sits on the schedule
In DispatchNode the job is maintenance. One person comes, or two if the house is band L. Minimum notice is 24 hours. It repeats every week or every quincena, the same day and the same window: morning 8:00 to 12:00 or afternoon 1:00 to 5:00, La Paz time. Monday to Saturday.
- Choose maintenance, not the first visit, if we already know the house.
- Say the band: one, two, or three bedrooms.
- Mark only the add-ons you want that day.
- Pick the weekday and morning or afternoon.
- Wait for confirmation in the language you asked for.
| Fact | Value | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Band S | 120 min | Internal schedule, 1 bedroom |
| Band M | 180 min | Internal schedule, 2 bedrooms |
| Band L | 240 min | Internal schedule, 3 bedrooms, two people |
| On maintenance | Add-on only | |
|---|---|---|
| Floors, bath, counters | Yes | |
| Inside the oven | Yes | |
| Glass toward the bay | Yes |
- Read the list before you confirm
- Do not assume oven or fridge
- Say the house band
- Keep the same day if the visit repeats
If it is not on that day’s list, it does not get done that day. That is a house rule, not a customer review.
A person sees the confirmation. They check the neighborhood, the band, and the add-ons. Todos Santos and Los Barriles are not held automatically. The message goes out in English if that is what you chose when you asked for the visit.
