Elite Chicas Cleaning
How the window is booked in La Paz
Asking for “sometime in the morning” holds nothing. If the window has no block and no confirmation, two houses both think the team is there at nine, and one of them is still waiting.
Elite Chicas Cleaning holds morning (8:00–12:00) or afternoon (1:00–5:00), La Paz time, Monday to Saturday. We do not promise a minute. DispatchNode keeps the block only after a person confirms it.
The block, not the minute
Morning means we arrive between 8:00 and 12:00. Afternoon means between 1:00 and 5:00. The zone is America/Mazatlan. Baja California Sur does not shift the clock in summer. If your phone is on another zone, the confirmation still states La Paz time.
There is no Sunday route. There is no evening visit. If you need the house ready before a meal, ask for the morning and say when you have to be back inside. That does not make the block shorter. It keeps us from holding the afternoon.
What is confirmed before we leave
We need the visit type, the house band, the neighborhood, the language, and the add-ons. Without a neighborhood we do not know if this is La Paz, El Centenario, or a drive we do not advertise. Todos Santos and Los Barriles are a question. They do not land on the calendar by themselves.
Minimum notice depends on the job: 24 hours for maintenance and a short-stay turnover, 48 for a first visit, 72 for a move. Those gaps are so the work can be done, not a fine. If you ask for two hours from now, the answer is that there is no window.
A repeating window keeps the weekday. If your quincena is Thursday morning, the next turn looks for another Thursday morning. Changing the day is another confirmation, not a footnote.
If we cannot make it
If the block falls through, we say so before the day, not from the driveway. You pick another block. We do not send a different person without telling you, because the list and the language have to stay the ones you confirmed.
- Choose the visit, the band, and the language.
- Choose morning or afternoon and a day from Monday to Saturday.
- Write the neighborhood.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
- If it does not arrive, the window is not held.
| Fact | Value | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Morning | 8:00–12:00 | A block, not a to-the-minute appointment |
| Afternoon | 13:00–17:00 | A block, La Paz time |
| Sunday | Closed | No route |
| Held | Not held | |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmation message | Yes | |
| “In the morning” with no reply | Still no | |
| Todos Santos with no question asked | It does not enter itself |
- Pick a block, not a minute
- Say the neighborhood
- Keep the minimum notice
- Do not count the visit without confirmation
If we cannot make the window, we say so before the day, not from the driveway. An internal rule, not a review.
A person reads the request. The price in pesos is confirmed in that same step, because there is no rate on the site. The message comes back in the language you marked.
What the confirmation actually contains
The confirmation is not a “we got your message.” It carries the visit type, the weekday, the morning or afternoon block, La Paz time, and the door language. If one of those is missing, the window is not held. The automatic note that goes out when the form is sent is the receipt. The window confirmation is a second message, in the page language, after a person has checked that the block fits.
The morning block closes at 12:00. The afternoon block opens at 1:00 and closes at 5:00. There is no third band between noon and one. Notice of 24, 48, or 72 hours is counted back from the start of the block, not from the minute someone hoped we would walk in. Sunday is not used to finish a notice that ran short on Saturday.
If the house is in El Centenario, the confirmation names it. The drive is not hidden inside “La Paz.” Todos Santos and Los Barriles do not appear in that sentence unless someone asked and the answer for that day is yes.
