- What does maintenance include?
- Hard floors, the kitchen, baths, dust that can be reached without a ladder, the bin if it is on the property, and the bed made with the linen already on it.
- Do you bring the sheets?
- No. Clean linen has to already be in the house. A linen change is an add-on, and we do not wash the laundry.
- Do you speak English?
- Yes, if you choose it when you request the visit. At the door we speak Spanish or English. German, Italian, and French are for reading the page and for requesting. The list does not change.
- What does it cost?
- The amount in pesos is confirmed once we know the band and the add-ons. There are no prices on the site.
- Do you clean sofas or rugs?
- No. Construction, the outside, the pool, and a house after a storm are not on the menu either.
- Is there a Sunday route?
- No. Blocks are Monday to Saturday, morning or afternoon.
