Hard floors, kitchen, baths, reachable dust, the bin if it is on the property, bed made with what is already on it.
First visit

The maintenance list, plus oven, refrigerator, and baseboards. It is how we learn the house.
Short-stay turnover
24 h and a checkout time · 2
The maintenance list. Clean linen has to already be in the house. We do not bring sheets.
Move-in or move-out
72 h · 2
An empty or nearly empty house. Inside surfaces, empty drawers, floors. Not a construction clean.

These minutes are how the calendar is held. They are not a rate. A larger house is not booked on its own.
