Elite Chicas Cleaning
Add-ons in La Paz: oven, fridge, glass, folding, linen
An add-on is a minute added to the visit, not a second crew. If it does not fit in the block, it is not confirmed.
Elite Chicas Cleaning has five add-ons: oven 30 minutes, refrigerator 20, glass 30, folding clean laundry 30, linen change 20. The oven and the refrigerator are already on a first visit and a move. They are not added again there.
The five, one by one
Oven: the inside, 30 minutes. It does not include an outdoor grill. Refrigerator: the inside, 20 minutes. The door has to open, and food that is not being thrown out needs to be on one side. Glass: 30 minutes, hand height only, for bay salt or the film a short rain leaves. We do not climb to a dome. Folding: 30 minutes of laundry that is already clean and dry. We do not wash. Linen: 20 minutes to change the set you already left in the house. We do not bring sheets.
Each number is an internal standard so the block does not overflow. It is not a rate, and it is not a promise that the add-on fits when the visit already fills the afternoon.
What is not an add-on
Upholstery, rugs, the outside, the pool, high glass, construction, and anything that sounds like a product percentage. Those words do not become a sixth code. If you put them in the note, the confirmation leaves them out instead of inventing a yes.
- Build the base visit: maintenance, first, short stay, or move.
- Mark only the add-ons the base visit does not already include.
- Add the minutes and set them against the four-hour block.
- If they do not fit, drop an add-on or move part to the other block that week.
- Wait for confirmation. The add-on is not done until it is written there.
| Add-on | Minutes | Code |
|---|---|---|
| Oven | 30 | oven |
| Refrigerator | 20 | fridge |
| Glass | 30 | glass |
| Folding | 30 | laundry_fold |
| Linen | 20 | linen |
| Add-on | On maintenance | On a first visit and a move |
|---|---|---|
| Oven and fridge | Mark them | Already included |
| Glass, folding, linen | Mark them | Mark them |
- Do not mark the oven on a first visit
- Leave clean linen if you want it changed
- Leave laundry already clean if you want it folded
- Do not ask for a sixth add-on in the note
Five add-ons. If it is not on the list, a sentence in the note does not confirm it.
Bay glass is counted on salt on the glass. The turnover that uses a linen change is on short stay.
How they add up without breaking the block
A band S maintenance visit is 120 minutes. Glass adds 30 and the oven another 30. That is 180, and it still fits in a four-hour block with room for the drive. Band L is already 240 minutes. Add glass and linen, 240 plus 30 plus 20, and the afternoon block is full, with no margin if the house is in El Centenario. In that case the confirmation drops an add-on or splits the visit. It does not hide the overflow.
Folding needs laundry that is clean, dry, and in one place, not spread across three bedrooms. If it has to be gathered, those minutes come out of the 30. They are not added quietly. A linen change needs the set in sight. Hunting for it in a closed closet is not part of the 20 minutes: it is noted, and the bed is made with what is already on it.
None of this has a price on the page. The minutes are there to see whether the day fits. The amount in pesos is confirmed separately, once the band and the add-ons are known, and it is not published here while that figure is not fixed.
