Salt on the glass of a La Paz house

Glass that faces the bay is not the glass in a hallway. Salt leaves a film. A dry cloth smears it. If nobody says that before the visit, the house looks unfinished in the sun.

In La Paz, salt from the bay sticks to interior glass that faces the water. Elite Chicas Cleaning treats that glass as a 30-minute add-on, not as something included in a maintenance visit.

What the film is

The film is salt and fine dust together, not kitchen grease. You see it when the sun comes in sideways, especially in Centro, along the malecón, and in Costa Baja or marina houses that face the water. A normal maintenance visit includes a spot wipe of the bathroom mirror. It does not include making the big panes clear. That difference is the add-on list: glass, 30 minutes, interior glass.

If you want the add-on, say how many panes face the bay. A bathroom is not a window wall. On a large house the 30 minutes cover the main pane, not every window. Whatever is left gets said before the window is confirmed, not at the door. El Centenario gets the same salt when the house faces the water. It is not a different product. It is the same add-on, with a different drive. We still do not publish a peso amount on this page. The office confirms the visit after the band and the extras are known.

Why a dry cloth makes it worse

A dry cloth drags the salt and leaves arcs. The next day, in the sun, the arcs look worse than an even film. That is why bay glass is not part of the dusting on a maintenance visit. North-wind dust belongs on the floor. Salt belongs on the glass, with its own minutes. Mixing them is how a house by the water never looks finished.

The point of this page is that split. Few notes about La Paz say desert dust and bay salt are two soils. One gets mopped. The other, if it matters to you, gets booked.

How to ask for it

Interior glass is requested when you book, in Spanish or in English, under the same code. It does not change a published price, because no price is published. The office confirms pesos after the house band and the add-ons. We do not wash the outside and we do not climb a facade.

  1. Choose the visit (maintenance, first visit, short-stay, or move-in and move-out).
  2. Mark interior glass if panes face the bay.
  3. Say how many panes, in the note.
  4. Pick morning (8:00–12:00) or afternoon (1:00–5:00), La Paz time.
  5. Wait for the confirmation before you count on the team.

  • Say whether the glass faces the bay
  • Request the add-on before the day
  • Do not expect the facade or a ladder
  • Confirm the window in the message

“Salt on the glass. Dust on the tile.” That is the house line, not a customer quote. We have no published reviews.

Confirmation is not automatic. A person checks the neighborhood, the house band, and whether you asked for the glass, before the window is held. Todos Santos and Los Barriles do not confirm themselves. The message comes in English if that is what you asked for.
