Elite Chicas Cleaning
Short-stay turnover in La Paz: checkout and linen
A short-stay house does not fail because of dust. It fails when the next guest arrives and yesterday’s sheets are still on the bed, or when the team arrives three hours after checkout and the gap is already gone.
An Elite Chicas Cleaning short-stay turnover is tied to checkout. Two people come. Clean linen has to already be in the house. We do not bring sheets. Minimum notice is 24 hours.
What changes from maintenance
Maintenance assumes the same people live there and the linen stays. A short stay assumes someone left and someone else comes in the same day, or the next. That is why the work includes the maintenance list and, if you marked the linen add-on, a linen change. Without that add-on we make the bed with what is already on it. We do not guess which set is the clean one.
In La Paz this shows up in the dry months, when houses by the bay turn over more often. You do not need to say who is staying. You need to say when the house is free and when the next person comes in. Those two times are the real gap. If the gap is one hour and the house is band L, we do not promise to finish. We say so when we confirm.
Linen does not come out of our bag
We do not wash or iron the bed linen. The change add-on is 20 minutes to take off the used set and put on the set you left. If the set is in a closed closet with no mark, we leave it and write that in the note. We do not open drawers hunting for sheets. If you want clean towels folded, that is laundry_fold, another 30 minutes. They are two different add-ons.
This page exists to retire the idea that a turnover includes a magic closet. The time on the calendar is for a house that already has its linen. A house that did not leave a clean set does not get a ready bed, and hurry does not fix that.
How it is booked
In DispatchNode the code is short_stay. Checkout time is a required field. The block is still morning, 8:00 to 12:00, or afternoon, 1:00 to 5:00, La Paz time, Monday to Saturday. A one-bedroom starts at 150 minutes. Two bedrooms, 210. Three, 270. Those minutes are how we hold the calendar. They are not a published rate.
