House notes

The first visit in La Paz: two people and 48 hours

The first time we walk into a La Paz house is not a longer maintenance visit. It is a different visit. It takes a different notice, a different crew, and a different list, because the house does not have a rhythm with us yet.

An Elite Chicas Cleaning first visit needs 48 hours of notice. Two people come. The DispatchNode code is first_visit. One bedroom starts at 180 minutes, two at 240, three at 300. Those minutes are an internal scheduling standard. They are not a price.

Why it is not the same job

Maintenance cleans what already gets used every week or every quincena. A first visit finds what stayed: grease in the hood, salt in the window track, north-wind dust on the frame nobody touches. We do not promise a house that looks new. We promise the maintenance list plus the inside of the oven and the refrigerator, and the baseboards, if the house is in the ordinary state of a lived-in house.

If the house has been closed for months, or if there is construction, this is not that visit. Construction is not on the menu. A closed house gets talked through first, because piled dust can take more than one block. The afternoon block ends at 5:00. We do not stretch the day to make up for it.

The difference from maintenance is not how hard it feels. It is the list and the notice. 48 hours against 24. Two people from the start, even when the band is S.

What is in and what is out

In: floors, baths, kitchen, reachable dust, beds made, oven and refrigerator inside, baseboards. Out: upholstery, rugs, the outside, the pool, high glass, and any product that promises a percentage. Bay glass, if you want it that day, is the glass add-on, 30 minutes, and only at hand height. The oven is already in this visit, so it is not marked again as an add-on.

  1. Request the visit with 48 hours, in the language of the page.
  2. Choose Spanish or English for the door.
  3. Say the band and the colonia. El Centenario yes. Todos Santos and Los Barriles, ask first.
  4. Pick morning or afternoon, Monday to Saturday.
  5. Read the confirmation. The window and the door language are in it.

A first visit is not maintenance under another name. It carries another list.

After that visit the house can move to weekly or quincena. The same weekday and the same block stay if you want them. The page on how a window is held explains the blocks. Add-ons explain what sits on top.

After that day

The first visit does not build the series by itself. When it is done, weekly or quincena can be requested, the same day and the same block. If that choice is not made, the house requests each return with 24 hours, as a one-off maintenance visit. Both are valid. What is not valid is assuming the next Tuesday is already held because the first visit landed on a Tuesday.

The oven and the refrigerator from this day are not copied onto the series. On maintenance they have to be marked if they are wanted again. Baseboards do not move onto the weekly list either. If a house wants them once a month, that is said, and we look at whether those minutes fit. If they do not fit, they stay off.

A house that was closed and smells damp does not become storm cleanup or a construction clean. What is on the indoor list gets cleaned, and the note says what was not touched. That note travels with the confirmation of the next visit, so the surprise is not repeated.
