Elite Chicas Cleaning
The wet months in La Paz: the work stays indoors
In La Paz rain does not turn a visit into storm cleanup. The Pacific calendar marks a season, 15 May through 30 November. We keep cleaning indoors.
Elite Chicas Cleaning does not offer cleanup after a storm, or exterior work, or pool work. In the wet months the job is the same indoor menu. If the house cannot be entered safely, the window moves. Another service is not invented on the spot.
What does change in the house
Humidity leaves a mark in the bath and on the glass that faces the bay. North-wind dust eases, and in its place you get water that comes through a track that does not close. That is still indoor work: floors, baths, kitchen, reachable dust. The glass add-on, 30 minutes at hand height, is for salt and for the film a short rain leaves. It is not for a broken window or a dome.
The hours do not move with the month. Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 12:00 or 1:00 to 5:00, La Paz time. Sunday stays closed. A rainy afternoon does not open a night shift.
The season is a calendar fact. It is not a new service. The usual menu is the menu in those months.
If the house cannot be entered
If the street is closed, or if the house has water on the floor that is not a mop mark, we do not come in to “dry the storm.” We say so and move the window to the next block that fits, with the same notice the visit already required: 24 hours for maintenance and short stay, 48 for a first visit, 72 for a move. Notice does not shrink because the weather changed.
- Request the usual indoor visit, with its notice.
- Do not ask for the outside, the roof, the pool, or debris.
- If bay glass has a rain film, mark it as the add-on.
- If there is no safe way in, wait for the message that moves the window.
- Do not count on a shift after 5:00.
| Fact | Value | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Season | 15 May – 30 Nov | Pacific calendar, not a service |
| Exterior | No | Still off the menu |
| End | 5:00 | The day does not stretch |
| Wet months | What we do not add | |
|---|---|---|
| Floors, baths, kitchen | Yes | — |
| Glass at hand height | 30-minute add-on | High glass |
| Water in the street | The window moves | Storm cleanup |
- Keep requesting the indoor menu
- Do not ask for the roof or the pool
- Say if a track lets water in
- Accept that a window moves when there is no safe way in
Rain does not open a service the menu does not have.
The dry-season dust is on north-wind dust. Bay glass is on salt on the glass.
Damp in the bath, not in the street
The bath is where the season shows up without leaving the list. The shower glass, the toilet seal, and the mirror are cleaned like any other Monday. A different product is not applied because it is August. We do not promise the seal will stop marking if the house stays closed after hot water is used every night. That is use, not a failed visit.
If a track let water onto the floor, the floor is mopped. The track is not sealed. Sealing is not on the menu. The note can say “water came through the bedroom track,” so the next visit does not look like the mop failed. The glass add-on covers film on the pane at hand height. It does not cover a swollen frame or a wall with salt bloom.
15 May and 30 November are dates on the Pacific calendar. They do not switch the route on or off. A house in December with salt on the glass is handled the same way as a house in September. The difference is that in September we still do not take “put the patio back how it was.”
