Elite Chicas Cleaning
Moving in or out in La Paz: 72 hours and two people
A house that is emptying, or a house that just filled up, does not fit in a maintenance block. The dust is in the drawers that were opened, on the floor that sat under furniture, and in the kitchen nobody used for weeks.
An Elite Chicas Cleaning move-in or move-out needs 72 hours of notice. Two people come. The code is move. One bedroom starts at 240 minutes, two at 300, three at 360. Internal scheduling minutes, not a rate.
What counts as a move
It counts when the furniture left or just arrived, and the house needs the maintenance list plus the insides of drawers and closets that were left empty, the oven, the refrigerator, and the baseboards. Construction does not count. Plaster, fresh paint, and construction dust stay out. It is also not a short stay: there a guest leaves and another comes in, with linen already in the house. Here the house changes hands.
If boxes are still in the middle of the floor, we say so in the confirmation. We do not move heavy furniture. We shift what one person can slide with one hand, and we put it back. A sofa does not move so we can reach a baseboard.
Seventy-two hours are not a luxury. They are the time it takes not to wedge this visit into a short-stay gap.
How it is booked
The block is still morning or afternoon, Monday to Saturday, and it ends at 5:00. If the band is L, 360 minutes may not fit in one four-hour block. In that case the confirmation splits the work across two days, or says it does not fit. We do not promise a third shift.
- Say whether it is a move-in or a move-out, and the date the house is free.
- Give 72 hours of notice.
- Choose Spanish or English for the door, apart from the page language.
- Say if there are boxes or furniture that cannot be moved.
- Read the confirmation before you hand over the keys.

The house changes hands. The block does not stretch past five.
The first visit is for someone who is staying. The short stay is for someone who turns over. This page is for the day the house empties or fills.
Keys, boxes, and what gets written down
The window does not include a long wait for keys that arrive late. If the house opens after the block has started, the minutes left are the minutes left. The 5:00 end is not pushed to make up for it. If the delay is known the day before, the block moves and the 72-hour notice is counted again. It is not a “we will come whenever.”
Closed boxes are not opened. An empty closet is cleaned inside. A closet with clothes is treated like a maintenance closet: dust on what can be reached, without emptying it. The refrigerator is cleaned inside on this visit. If it still has food, what stays is moved to one side, and what is meant to be thrown out is said in the note beforehand. It is not decided in the kitchen.
The confirmation names whether it is a move-in or a move-out. A move-out with a guest still in the house is not this visit. It is a short stay, and it needs a checkout time. Mixing the two codes is the fastest way to promise work that does not fit.
